Shipping and handling policy

All orders and records are packed with the utmost care, with high-quality wrap-around mailers and stiffeners. This is to ensure that the record sleeve and vinyl is protected as best as possible during shipping. Records are carefully checked and are in mint, unplayed condition before we pack them.

All packages are shipped via standard Royal Mail services which are transferred to local services in the country listed in the delivery address.

The shipping service we use is NOT tracked, there is NO insurance and there is NO tracking number supplied.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left the shop premises. You will be automatically notified via email once the record has been shipped.
