Will make ye feel like you're wondering the empty back-streets of an old-world Northern European capital in the freezing fog, hands in pockets and eyes down but drawn suddenly to the lamp-lit window of a third floor apartment and the silhouetted figure within, and then….no, no one dies, no one has sex! It’s not that kind of record. Too mature, too complex. Anyone’s daydreams stirred by Deux Filles, Christoph Heemann, John Surman, Eno’s Shutov Assembly, etc MUST check it. So many records around these days that draw from a similar palette, but with barely a fraction of the skill or effect.
